Not only is Gaby vibrant and easy to chat with, she also listened so closely to every detail I wanted for my event. Shortly after our introductory call, she provided a sample menu – inclusive of everything I could have envisioned and more. She paid careful attention to our tastes and was able to curate a menu that made sense for everyone. She was particularly sensitive to our dietary needs (Kosher-style pescatarians) and even made adjustments to individual plates due to preferences. Gaby and her team took care of everything from shopping to chopping to cooking, plating, and serving. They also left our kitchen like they found it – completely clean. Gaby and Emily were a pleasure to work with and extremely communicative, which put me at ease when planning. We hope we are able to utilize her services again soon!”
